This past weekend 28 members of Team De Boa stepped out on the mats at the SW Classic in Phoenix.
We are very proud of our team, they fought hard, respected their opponents and gave their all!
The kids and adults combined brought home 9 Gold, 9 Silver and 8 Bronze Medals! Kids took 2nd place as a team and adults took 4th. Not a bad weekend!
One of the big highlights of the weekend:
Coach Destiny....Wow! What an amazing performance! 2 Submissions for the win in her weight class then she took on 3 girls much bigger then her to end up with a Silver in the open! (Destiny fought in the Adult Division even though she is only 17) IMPRESSIVE!!
Also taking Gold with amazing performances: Brice, Alora, Greg, Logan, Tamara, Emric, Xavier and Lily!
Getting out there and performing in front of the crowd is tough and we want to congratulate everyone who competed, you should be very proud of yourselves, you all did great! #Teamdeboa
