We just help guide them along that path!
Today we saw 3 young boys go out and give their best at the 2014 Grand Canyon Open! They fought hard, pushed themselves and never gave up!
Noah's opponent was a head taller then him and didn't make weight, instead of just taking the gold medal they offered him without having a match, he chose to compete against the bigger boy.He didn't win his match but, we saw him using the skills he has been working hard on the last couple of months since he started training. Very impressive!
Seth and Jackson competed in the same division taking 3rd and 4th. They both had tough matches and tried their best, never slowing down or giving up!
this was Jackson and Noah's 1st tournament and I'm certain they will be back for more!
We want to also wish a "Get better quick" to Isaiah, one of our other students who was supposed to compete today!
Thank you to our amazing, dedicated kids coaches Coach Andy & Coach Destiny for all of the time and effort you give to our De Boa Kids!
